Mattox Law sent me unsolicited mail offering to represent me in the reckless driving case - that worked well for both sides! With clean driving record and 8hr online driving school reckless driving was reduced to a defective equipment charge with a reasonable fine (no record, no points). Mattox Law was a blessing in disguise!!! Let me start off with, they were outstanding!!!!! Before I call Mattox Law, I called 3 other Lawyers. I put them on hold, but once I spoke with Mattox Law, and got off the phone with him, I moved forward. Why? For one, because he spoke with confidence. The other lawyers I spoke with didn’t. And there “Price” to represent me, didn’t break the bank, and most of all I didn’t want to take off work to go to court, he said, no worries, I don’t need you there with me, I will take care of this without you Truth be told I forgot all about it, And you don’t have to take my word for it, call them yourself!!!! I read some of the bad reviews they received, and I understand everyone, I don’t care what kind of service you give someone, someone will always have something bad about you, but read those bad reviews for yourself, I read them, I can’t get bad service out them, the only thing I got was someone was upset, i’m not a mechanic. I got fined for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle that was cops on the highway. This is considered reckless driving in Virginia, and I live in NC. Cops could have towed my car and put me in jail but I was cooperative and apologized to them, so they just gave me a citation. Mattox Law reduced the reckless driving, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, a misdemeanor to failure to obey a highway sign while sleeping, an infraction and a non-moving violation. No points in my driving record and insurance. I just paid a fine of $100 plus a court fee. Communication with Mattox Law was very professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. All people around me surprised that i got this conviction. usually it is not expected. this guys are treating you nice until they got the payment then, they treat your case in the court according to your color, birth country... they definitely did nothing for my case and let me get this result. after the case i have only 15 days to appeal, if not i will have it in my background check forever. they did not tell me this though i asked it especially. now i have this misdemeanour shit in the middle of my life. wherever i apply they can see it. from nothing i have a conviction now. i have sent emails them to ask if there is anything we can still do. they did not bother themselves to give a response. thank you for your work ethics. STAY AWAY from this firm if your name gives some unconventional impressions to this type.
