I was initially charged with reckless driving in Virginia when driving back to New York from South Carolina. Upon receiving the ticket I contacted Off the Record who put me in touch with Trey Mattox. Mattox Law sent me unsolicited mail offering to represent me in the reckless driving case - that worked well for both sides! With clean driving record and 8hr online driving school reckless driving was reduced to a defective equipment charge with a reasonable fine (no record, no points). As for communications: I called them, secretary collected the case data, Tray Mattox called me back and provided a very reasonable and detailed information on the strategy, answered all my questions. The case outcome is exactly what we discussed before the trial.

Trey Mattox defended me on a traffic violation (driving 82 mph in a 70 zone). He and his team were polite, professional, replied promptly to my questions, and kept me well informed. He, also, was able to get a dismissal of the charges.

I was pulled over speeding going quite fast (20 over). His representation was amazing, and I received no points on my license, and he got it dropped to a non-moving violation. 100% recommend!! He was honest with me that this was best case scenario, and he certainly got me the best results. I am also a student, and he gave a discount for that.

I was facing a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, which was going to result in guaranteed jail time, a hefty fine, points, and suspension. Mattox Law was a blessing in disguise!!! I was traveling from NC to MD, my mother was just hospitalized, (in the interim of the court date, my Dad was hospitalized and passed unexpectedly thereafter) the Friday before, I wasn't feeling good from the Saturday night before and Sunday morning I was driving in the left lane not realizing how fast I was driving through VA, needless to say my distraction caused me to get a tkt for speeding 86mph in 70mph zone.
