Reckless Driving 79/55 Dismissed

This week, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving (a class 1 misdemeanor) in Richmond, Virginia. This individual happened to be in a highway safety corridor, on Interstate 95. Typically, the fine is doubled for individuals charged with reckless driving in these corridors. Trey, however, was able to obtain a dismissal, upon completion of RADEP and payment of only $82.00 in court costs.
