Reckless Driving 81/55 Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

Today, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving, for traveling 26 miles per hour over the posted speed limit. To prepare for court, Trey had our client complete driving school, community service, and have her vehicles speedometer calibrated. This allowed Trey to obtain a reduction to defective equipment. This reduction avoided the misdemeanor conviction and prevented any points from going on her driving record.

Prince George, Judge Clark, Reckless Driving, No points, Driving Record, Community Service, Driving School, calibration, Nonmoving, Defective Equipment
