Speeding 73/60 Reduced to Defective Equipment

Yesterday, Trey represented a client charged with speeding (73/60). This lucky guy received two tickets in the same day while traveling through Virginia. Before contacting our firm, the client had already prepaid his ticket. Trey was still able to represent him and appear in court on his behalf. Despite the client having a reckless driving ticket pending in Brunswick, Trey was able to achieve an outcome resulting in a reduction to defective equipment with a minimal court cost and fine. Check out this link to see how his Reckless Driving in Brunswick turned out.

Reckless Driving 80/55 Reduced to Speeding (64/55)

Yesterday, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving for driving 25mph over the posted speed limit. This client was a full-time student from out of state, working in retail part-time who could not afford a reckless driving conviction or a trip back to Virginia. Trey was able to appear on his behalf and have the charge reduced to speeding (64/55) minimizing the points on his driving record. In addition, Trey was able to have the fine and court cost reduced.
