Reckless Driving 86/60 Reduced to Defective Speedometer

Recently, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving for traveling 26 mph over the speed limit. Trey was able to successfully achieve an outcome resulting in a reduction to defective speedometer, a non moving violation, and finalize the case in one day.
