Reckless Driving 85/70 Dismissed

This individual was charged with reckless driving in Spotsylvania county. The officer alleged she was traveling 85 mph in a 70 mph zone. In order to have the case dismissed, the judge order her to complete a driving school. She complied with the judge's orders but unfortunately, the court never received the certificate of completion. Subsequently, she was found guilty for failure to comply with the judges orders. Trey was able to file a motion to reopen her case and prove to the court she complied with the judges orders. This allowed Trey to secure a complete dismissal, avoid the misdemeanor conviction, and prevent any points from going onto her driving record.
