Reckless Driving 88/70 Reduced to Speeding

This Mattox Law client was charged with reckless driving, a class 1 misdemeanor, for allegedly traveling 88 mph in a 70 mph zone. Prior to the court date, Trey Mattox recommended our client obtain a copy of his clean driving record and complete an aggressive driving school. On the court date, Trey was able to reach an outcome resulting in a reduction to a simple speeding infraction. This reduction avoided the class 1 misdemeanor and lessoned the points assessed on his driving record.
