Speeding 84/70 Reduced to Defective Equipment

This week, Trey represented a client charged with speeding (84/70) in Hopewell, Virginia. Although the speeding charge was paired with a driving on a suspended/revoked license, Trey was able to obtain a reduction to a nonmoving violation, called defective equipment. This reduction prevented any points from going on our clients driving record, as well as, avoid any penalties with his insurance. Check out this link to see how Trey managed to have the driving on a suspended/revoked license dismissed!
