Reckless Driving 87/70 Reduced to Defective Equipment

This week in Hopewell, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving for going 87 mph in a 70 mph zone.  Despite this clients two previous speeding tickets in the past 3 years, Trey was able to achieve a reduction to defective equipment. This charge is a non moving violation that does not carry any points on his driving record and avoids any penalties with insurance. More importantly, Trey also kept this client from receiving a misdemeanor conviction and any license suspension.
