Reckless Driving Generally Dismissed

Last week, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving generally, a class 1 misdemeanor, and driving without insurance, in Henrico, Virginia. Our client received these charges when he hit another motorist because he was distracted by his GPS. Our client is a student and was concerned about having to miss class to appear in court. Trey was able to appear on his behalf and obtain a dismissal upon completion of driving school and payment of court costs. Check out this link to see the outcome of his Driving without Insurance charge turned out.
