Reckless Driving 91/65 Dismissed

This Mattox Law client was cited for reckless driving by speed in Hanover, Virginia. The officer alleged she was traveling 91 mph in a 65 mph zone. At this speed it can be incredibly challenging to convince the court to reduce or amend the charge. Trey recommended our client preform community service and appear on the court date.
