Reckless Driving 90/70 Reduced to Improper Driving

This Mattox Law client was charged with reckless driving by speed, in Hanover County. The officer alleged he was traveling 90 mph in a 70 mph zone. Although the client had a previous reckless driving charge, Trey was able to appear on his behalf and reach a favorable outcome with the court. The client just had to complete an aggressive driving school and pay a fine and court costs to have the charge reduced to improper driving
