Reckless Driving 86/65 Dismissed

This week in Hanover General District Court, Trey was able to secure a dismissal for a client charged with driving 86 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone.  The client only has to pay a small court costs and complete an eight (8) hour defensive driving school.  This dismissal will keep the misdemeanor charge off of their criminal record.  This was very important to our client, as they are a graduate student and a conviction could have possibly ruined future job opportunities.  The driving record will not be affected, nor their insurance
