Reckless Driving 87/70 Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

Last week in Greensville General District Court, Trey was able to obtain a reduction from reckless driving to a non-moving violation; defective equipment.  This reduction not only kept the client from having a misdemeanor on her criminal record, but also any points on her driving record.  A conviction would have prevented her from working in her current field (working with children), as her employers do not allow employees to continue to work for them if they obtain any points on their driving record.
