Reckless Driving 99/70 Reduced to Improper Control/Driving

Last week, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving for traveling 99 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone. If convicted, this client was facing a class 1 misdemeanor, a license suspension, and even possible jail time! Due to the serious consequences our client was facing, he was advised to complete an aggressive driving school, complete community service, and have his vehicles speedometer calibrated. This allowed Trey to achieve an outcome resulting in a reduction to improper control/driving allowing our client to keep his criminal record clean and avoid any jail time or license suspension.
