Reckless Driving 88/60 Reduced to a Nonmoving Violation

This individual, was charged with reckless driving for traveling 28 miles per hour over the speed limit, in Emporia, Virginia.  This client was very concerned how a class 1 misdemeanor conviction would affect his security clearance. Trey was able to successfully have the charge reduced to defective equipment, a non moving violation, that did not add any points to his driving record and avoided the class 1 misdemeanor.
