Reckless Driving 86/70 Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

This week in Emporia General District Court, Trey was able to obtain a reduction for a client that was charged with reckless driving (86/70).  The judge reduced the charge down to a non-moving violation, defective equipment.  This does not put any points onto the clients driving record, affect his car insurance, and more importantly, keeps the misdemeanor charge off of his criminal record.
