Reckless Driving 98/70 Reduced to Speeding 80/70

In Emporia General District Court, Trey was able to obtain a reduction for a client charged with driving 98 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone.  By reducing the charge to speeding (80/70), our client was able to keep the misdemeanor charge off of her criminal record.
