Reckless Driving-Failure to Maintain Control Dismissed

Recently, Trey represented a client who hit a tree when he swerved to avoid hitting debris in the roadway. The responding officer charged our client with reckless driving (failure to maintain control), a class 1 misdemeanor. Trey was able to obtain an outcome resulting in a dismissal of the charge with no court cost or fines.
