Reckless Driving 92/70 Dismissed

This week, Trey represented a client charged with reckless driving, a class 1 misdemeanor, for traveling 92 mph in a 70 mph zone. Trey, was able to obtain an outcome resulting in a dismissal upon completion of a 12-hour aggressive driving school and payment of $91.00 in court costs.
