Reckless Driving 82/60 Dismissed

In Dinwiddie, Virginia, this individual was charged with reckless driving by speed for traveling 82 mph in a 60 mph zone. The defendant was in the process of obtaining his commercial drivers license and could not afford a conviction. To make matters worse, this individual had a less than stellar driving record. Trey recommended our client have his vehicles speedometer calibrated to see if it was reading accurately. The favorable calibration paired with the clients completion of a defensive driving school allowed Trey to achieve a dismissal of the charge.  This prevented any points from going onto the clients driving record and avoided the class 1 misdemeanor
