Reckless Driving 72/45 Dismissed

This individual was charged with reckless driving for allegedly traveling 27 mph over the posted speed limit. Typically, Judge Gravatt becomes hesitant to reduce any charges for more than 25 mph over the limit. Trey, however, was able to reach an outcome resulting in a dismissal of the charge upon the clients completion of a 12 hour Aggressive Driving School. This dismissal prevented any points from going on to her driving record and avoided the Class 1 Misdemeanor charge
