Reckless Driving (92/70) charge Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

This client was charged with reckless driving (92/70) and usually the judge is wiling to reduce this speed to speeding or improper control/driving. Mr. Mattox was able to have this reduced even lower to defective speedometer; a non-moving violation. This reduction kept any points from transferring to the client’s driving record and also is no longer a class 1 misdeamenor. .

Reckless driving (94/70) reduced to speeding (1-9) over the limit

An out of state client was charged with reckless driving 94 miles per hour in a 70 zone and it was reduced to speeding (1-9) over the limit. This speed is usually a borderline case, but Trey was able to achieve a reduction to a speeding infraction. The reduction took the original misdemeanor charge and had it lowered to an infraction while also limiting how many points would transfer to the clients driving record.
