Reckless Driving 84/70 Reduced to Defective Equipment

Last month, Trey represented a client who was charged with reckless driving (84/70) in Brunswick. This particular client was lucky enough to receive two tickets when driving through Virginia. Despite having another ticket pending in Petersburg, Trey was able to have the charge reduced out of reckless driving to defective equipment. This is a non-moving violation that does not add any points to a Virginia driving record. Check out this link to see how his case in Petersburg turned out.
