Reckless Driving 85/70 Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

A Mattox Law client was recently charged with reckless driving in Brunswick, Virginia for allegedly traveling 85 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone.  Trey was able to work to have the charge reduced to a non-moving violation, defective equipment generally.  This reduction prevented any points from going on the clients driving record, kept his insurance from being affected, and avoid the misdemeanor conviction.
