Reckless Driving 83/70 Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

A Mattox Law client was charged with reckless driving in Brunswick, Virginia for allegedly traveling 83 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone.  Trey was able to have the charge reduced to a non-moving violation, defective speedometer.  This reduction prevented any points from going on the clients driving record, kept his insurance from being effected, and avoided the misdemeanor going on his criminal record.
