Reckless Driving 84/70 Reduced to Defective Equipment

Last month, Trey represented a client who was charged with reckless driving (84/70) in Brunswick. This particular client was lucky enough to receive two tickets when driving through Virginia. Despite having another ticket pending in Petersburg, Trey was able to have the charge reduced out of reckless driving to defective equipment. Reckless Driving 87/70 Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

This week in Brunswick General District Court, Trey was able to successfully have this clients reckless driving charge (87/70) reduced to defective equipment, which will not put any points on their driving record.  The reduction also saved the client's license from a possible 30-day license suspension.

Reckless Driving Generally Reduced to Improper Control/Driving

A client in Brunswick County was charged with reckless driving generally due to an accident.  Trey was able to obtain an outcome resulting in a reduction to improper control/driving.  This reduced the charge from a class 1 misdemeanor to a traffic infraction.  The client just had to pay a small fine and court costs.

Trey was able to help a client in Brunswick, VA have their reckless driving charge (84/70) reduced to failure to obey highway sign while sleeping.  This reduced the ticket from a class 1 misdemeanor to an infraction.
